This chapter applies to:
A. the qualifications of agents to be
authorized to sell modified guaranteed annuity contracts in this
state;
B. the qualification of
insurers to be authorized to issue these contracts;
C. the required contract form and provisions
for issuance of this coverage in this state; and
D. the manner in which separate account
assets, supporting these contracts, are to be maintained and
reported.
