Minn. R. agency 144, ch. 4617, LOCAL AGENCIES, pt. 4617.0015 - AGENCY ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To be eligible for WIC program funds an agency must be able to:
A. meet the definition of local
agency under Code of Federal Regulations, title 7, section 246.2, as
amended;
B. comply with all
requirements for local agencies under Code of Federal Regulations, title 7,
part 246, as amended; and
C. comply
with the requirements of a written agreement between a local agency and the
commissioner according to part 4617.0030.
