Penalty assessments for violations of parts 4658.5200 to 4658.5245 shall be assessed on a daily basis and are as follows:
A. parts 4658.5200 to 4658.5220,
$200;
B. part 4658.5225, $100;
and
C. parts 4658.5230 to
4658.5245, $150.
