Minn. R. agency 144, ch. 4665, SAFETY, pt. 4665.4900 - EMERGENCY PROCEDURES MEETING
There shall be a meeting of all employees on each shift at least once every three months to discuss emergency procedures used in the facility. Business of the meetings shall cover:
A. assignment of persons to specific tasks
and responsibilities in case of emergency situation;
B. instructions relating to the use of alarm
systems and signals;
C. systems for
notification of appropriate persons outside the facility;
D. information on the location of emergency
equipment in the facility; and
E.
specification of evacuation routes and procedures.
