Minn. R. agency 144, ch. 4731, MEDICAL USE OF RADIOACTIVE MATERIAL, pt. 4731.4510 - SAFETY INSTRUCTION RECORDS
A licensee must maintain a record of safety instructions required under parts 4731.4441 and 4731.4453, and the operational and safety instructions required by part 4731.4466 for three years. The record must include:
A. a list of the topics
covered;
B. the date of the
instruction;
C. the names of the
attendees; and
D. the names of the
individuals who provided the instruction.
