Minn. R. 5510.2915 - MEDIATION PERIOD
A. For all public
employees except teachers, mediation periods referred to in the act begin on
the day after a request for mediation is filed with the commissioner.
B. For teachers, mediation periods begin on
the day that the first mediation meeting is convened.
