The commissioner shall revoke the driver's license of a person upon receiving a record of conviction under Minnesota Statutes, section 609.487, subdivision 3 or 4, or an ordinance in conformity with those subdivisions pertaining to use of a motor vehicle to flee a peace officer as specified in Minnesota Statutes, section 171.174.
