Minn. R. agency 171, ch. 7409, REINSTATEMENT, pt. 7409.4350 - WHEN REINSTATEMENT IS EFFECTIVE
When a person's driving privileges have been withdrawn, the commissioner shall reinstate them at a time and date when the commissioner determines that the reinstatement requirements have been met.
A. Reinstatement is effective on the date and
time specified in the notice of reinstatement issued by the
commissioner.
B. The commissioner
shall issue the notice of reinstatement by first class mail to the person
subject to reinstatement.
C. The
subject's driving record must reflect reinstatement at the time and date the
notice of reinstatement is issued.
