Minn. R. agency 171, ch. 7410, TEST WAIVERS, pt. 7410.5520 - TEST WAIVERS FOR LICENSE REVOKED FOR DWI-RELATED OFFENSE
If an applicant for a Minnesota driver's license has a Minnesota driver's license that has been revoked under Minnesota Statutes, chapter 169A, or former or current Minnesota Statutes, section 169.121, 169.123, or 171.17, then the applicant is required to pass a test on the effects of alcohol and drugs as described in part 7410.4520, and pay all applicable license reinstatement fees specified in Minnesota Statutes, section 171.29, before a waiver is applicable.
