Minn. R. agency 178, ch. 7870, CLASS D LICENSE, pt. 7870.0770 - CLASS D LICENSE APPLICATION SUBMISSION
An applicant for a Class D license must submit to an individual designated by the commission:
A. all documents which are part of its
application as a single assemblage; and
B. a letter of transmittal to the commission
and, in sealed envelopes, an original and 20 copies of the
application.
