Subpart 1.
Participation a condition of
eligibility.
To be eligible for payment under the Consolidated Chemical Dependency Treatment Fund, a vendor must participate in the Drug and Alcohol Normative Evaluation System (DAANES) or submit to the commissioner the information required in DAANES in the format specified by the commissioner.
