Minn. R. agency 196, ch. 9555, SERVICES TO MOTHERS AND PREGNANT WOMEN, pt. 9555.9300 - LOCAL SOCIAL SERVICES AGENCY RESPONSIBILITIES
The local agency shall:
A. contact each minor mother who is reported
by a hospital as having given birth to a child and offer appropriate social
services to her; and
B. offer
appropriate social services to women who meet one or more of the criteria of
part
9555.9200.
