Minn. R. agency 199, ch. 9900, ADMISSION TO ZOO, pt. 9900.0700 - RESTRICTED AREAS
It shall be unlawful for any person or vehicle to pass into any posted restricted area, except that entry into restricted areas shall be permitted in such areas as the director may specifically designate when such admittance is under the auspices and control of any authorized special tour guided by zoo personnel.
