1 Miss. Code. R. 16-3.10 - Validity of Mississippi Voter Identification Card
A. A
Mississippi Voter Identification Card shall remain valid for as long as the
elector remains qualified to vote in Mississippi.
B. It shall be the duty of an elector who
moves his or her residence outside the state of Mississippi, or who ceases to
be qualified to vote in Mississippi, to either surrender his or her card to the
issuing Registrar or destroy the same.
