1 Miss. Code. R. 17-5.1 - General Provisions
A. The Board shall
issue regular licenses, which shall be renewed prior to the expiration date of
the license.
B. The licensure
period shall not exceed three (3) years and will terminate at midnight on the
date of expiration unless renewed.
