10 Miss. Code. R. 201-2.6 - Commission Officers
A. There shall be the following officers for the Commission: Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary [Mississippi Code 1972, as amended §
37-101-241(2).]
B. Officers shall be affirmed at the annual meeting, with terms to commence prior to July 1 each year (or commence on July 1 of each year).
