10 Miss. Code. R. 201-3.16 - Complaints
A. The Commission will investigate as it deems necessary, on its own initiative or in response to a complaint lodged with it, any person, group, institution, or entity subject to, or reasonably believed by the Commission to be subject to, the jurisdiction of the Commission and take action as appropriate.
B. A person with a complaint concerning an approved institution or entity shall make all reasonable effort to follow the complaint/grievance procedures and exhaust all avenues available at the institution or entity.
