10 Miss. Code. R. 201-4.2 - Governance
The institution or entity shall have a system of governance that facilitates the accomplishment of the institution's/entity's mission and purposes, supports institutional effectiveness and integrity, and protects the interests of its constituents, including students, faculty, and staff. The institution or entity shall have a governing board consisting of at least five members. The governing board shall ensure that the institution or any other entity complies with Commission requirements.
