11 Miss. Code. R. 2-2.3 - Application for Permit to Construct and State Permit to Operate New Stationary Source
A. All engineering
plans and specifications required by DEQ must bear the signature, registration
number, and seal of a professional engineer registered in the State of
Mississippi.
B. Information
Required.
(1) The Permit Board may require
each application for a permit to construct a new stationary source be
accompanied by two (2) complete sets of site drawings, construction drawings,
design calculations and specifications.
(2) Upon request by the Permit Board, the
applicant shall furnish any additional information necessary to evaluate the
design adequacy of the new stationary source.
(3) The Permit Board may require the
applicant to predict the impact of emissions on air quality using air quality
models as referenced in Rule
2.5.B. herein.
