Procedures for declaring submitted information confidential and for agency handling of such information are found in Miss. Code Ann. Section 49-17-39, Section 51-3-44, and the Commissions Regulations Regarding the Review and Reproduction of Public Records (Chapter 11, Part 1, Chapter 2).
