11 Miss. Code. R. § 8-2.3-37-3715 - Assistance Funding
(a) Use of Funds.
Funds authorized for this program shall be used to provide the services
specified in § 3711 and shall not be used to cover administrative
expenses.
(b) Allocation of Funds.
The State Geologist shall to the extent practicable establish a formula for
allocating funds among eligible small operators if available funds are less
than those required to provide the services pursuant to this Rule. This formula
shall include such factors as the applicant's:
(1) anticipated date of filing a permit
application;
(2) anticipated date
for commencing mining; and
(3)
performance history.
