11 Miss. Code. R. § 8-2.5-53-5309 - Topsoil: General Requirements
(a) Before
disturbance of an area, topsoil and subsoils to be saved under § 5311 shall be
separately removed and segregated from other material.
(b) After removal, topsoil shall either be
immediately redistributed as required under § 5311 or stockpiled pending
redistribution as required under § 5311.
