12 Miss. Code. R. 1-2.6 - Rule Action Docket

The DFA shall keep a rule action docket ledger in which the following shall be entered:

(a) the docket number of each proposed rule action;

(b) the date of the notice of the proposed rule action;

(c) a short description of the proposed rule action;

(d) a short description of the comments received stating who made the comment and when it was received;

(e) a description of the final action taken concerning the proposed rule action; and

(f) the effective date of the action.
