12 Miss. Code. R. 12-2.4 - Eligible entities for grants
Entities eligible for funding in these categories shall be those as defined in the Federal Guidance for the Coronavirus Capital Project Funds §1(A) or other applicable federal law that also meet the definition of an applicant as set forth in the BEAM Act § 2(a) and in these rules.
