12 Miss. Code. R. 3-2.1-700.26 - PROGRESS PAYMENTS

The Bureau has by statute forty-five (45) days to process payments; however, Bureau Staff attempt to process progress payments to Contractors and Professionals in a minimum of fifteen (15) working days from the date of receipt and approval by the Bureau until the issuance of a check.
