12 Miss. Code. R. 5-1.5 - Definitions
As used in these Guidelines, the following definitions apply:
1. "Capitol Complex" means the capitol building and all state buildings established by § 29-5-81.
2. "Living Memorial" includes new or replacement trees, shrubs, gardens, or other plantings commemorating an individual, organization, and or event.
3. "State Capitol" means the New Capitol Building.
