12 Miss. Code. R. 6-2.102.01 - Procurement Regulations
(1) Regulations
shall be promulgated by the Office of Purchasing, Travel and Fleet Management,
with approval of the Public Procurement Review Board (PPRB), in accordance with
authority granted under Section
31-7-9,
Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated.
(2) Regulations shall not change existing
contract rights.
