12 Miss. Code. R. 6-3.102.03.3 - No Bid or Proposal Received
If no bid or proposal is received in response to an Invitation,
(1) The bid may be
re-advertised and new bids or offers may be solicited;
(2) The proposed procurement may be canceled;
or
(3) An emergency procurement may
be made in compliance with Section 3.110, Emergency Procurements.
