13 Miss. Code. R. 1-3.2 - Scope Of Practice
Practice before the Commission shall be deemed to include all matters relating to the presentation of a client's matter to the Commission, the Executive Director, or a hearing examiner, including the preparation and filing of applications, reports, systems of internal control, financial statements, or other documents submitted to the Commission on behalf of such client.
