13 Miss. Code. R. 1-3.3 - Qualifications For Enrollment
The following persons may be admitted to practice before the Commission:
(a) Attorneys at law
admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the State of Mississippi and
who are lawfully engaged in the active practice of their profession.
(b) Certified public accountants and public
accountants qualified to practice under Mississippi law and who are lawfully
engaged in active practice as such. (Adopted: 09/25/1991.)
