13 Miss. Code. R. 1-4.1 - Prior approval required for hiring of public servant
No licensee or applicant for a license, without prior approval of the Mississippi Gaming Commission, shall hire any public servant of the government of the State of Mississippi or its political subdivisions, whose approval is necessary for the licensee or applicant to operate or when the duties of such person pertain to the enforcement of the provisions of the Gaming Control Act. (Adopted: 06/28/1993.)
