13 Miss. Code. R. 2-11.6 - Investigative Fees
(a) Simultaneously
with the submission of its application for a gaming school license, the
operator(s) shall pay a non-refundable application/investigation fee of one
thousand ($1,000.00) along with all other fees provided for in the Gaming
Control Act. These fees shall be payable to the Mississippi State Tax
Commission.
(b) Simultaneously with
the submission of its application for a gaming school employee license, the
applicant shall pay a non-refundable application/investigation fee of one
hundred dollars ($100.00) along with all other fees provided for in the Gaming
Control Act. These fees shall be payable to the Mississippi State Tax
Commission.
(c) Each student upon
enrolling at a licensed gaming school shall pay a nonrefundable fee which is
the same fee imposed for work permits.
(d) The Executive Director may require an
additional deposit to be paid by the applicant or employee as a condition
precedent to beginning or continuing the investigation where the investigative
fees and costs are likely to exceed the deposit paid.
(e) If the Executive Director denies an
application for an Operator License, Instructor/Administrator License or a
Student Work Permit License, the procedure for a hearing after denial will be
the same as outlined under II. J. Section 3 of the Mississippi Gaming
Commission Regulations.
