13 Miss. Code. R. 2-13.9 - Interest in Licensee Prohibited
Neither a labor organization, union, or affiliate thereof nor its officers, agents and principal employees not otherwise individually holding work permits in accordance with the Gaming Control Act and employed by a licensee may hold any financial interest whatsoever in the licensee whose employees they represent.
