13 Miss. Code. R. 4-3.18 - Amended Or Supplemental Pleading
(a) Upon motion of
a party made before submission of the case for decision, the hearing examiner
may permit the filing of an amended or supplemental complaint or answer,
including amended or supplemental pleadings that conform to the evidence
presented at the hearing.
(b) If
such motion is granted, all parties shall be permitted to introduce additional
evidence with respect to any new matter contained in such amended or
supplemental pleadings.
