13 Miss. Code. R. 4-3.2 - Service Of Complain
The Executive Director shall cause the complaint to be served upon the respondent by registered or certified mail, or personally. Proof of service may be provided by a certificate or affidavit of service, which shall be signed by the person effecting service and which shall specify the date and manner of service.
