13 Miss. Code. R. 9-4.4 - Commissions and taxes
(a) A licensee
shall deduct from a gross pool commissions as established by the sending track.
Applicable gaming taxes shall be applied to the commission deducted. The tax
due shall not be reduced by minus pools or otherwise.
