15 Miss. Code. R. 11-55-3.20.7 - Injunction
Notwithstanding the existence of any other remedy, the licensing agency may, in the manner provided by law, in term time or in vacation, upon the advice of the Attorney General who shall represent the licensing agency in the proceedings, maintain an action in the name of the state for injunction or other proper remedy against any person to restrain or prevent the establishment, conduct, management, or operation of a childcare family home with or without a license under the act, or otherwise in violation of these regulations.
