15 Miss. Code. R. 11-55-3.3.3 - Right of Entry-Parent(s)/Guardian(s)
Parent(s)/Guardian(s) of enrolled children must be granted permission for access to all areas of the childcare family home used by the child(ren). Access shall be defined as a parent/guardian having access to areas of the family home available to their child and non-disruptive to normal daily activities
