15 Miss. Code. R. 13-75-4.4.8 - Emergency Suspension of Permit
Any permit issued pursuant to this regulation may be suspended prior to a hearing if the Health Authority has reasonable cause to suspect that the continued operation of the permitted establishment constitutes a substantial hazard to the public health.
