15 Miss. Code. R. 16-1-1.35.2 - Medical Director-Inpatient Services
The hospice inpatient facility shall have a Medical Director who is a doctor of medicine or osteopathy and is currently licensed to practice medicine in Mississippi. The Medical Director must ensure and assume the overall responsibility for the medical component of the hospice's inpatient care services.
