15 Miss. Code. R. 16-1-3.3.19 - Management
All applicants for a license to operate a Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility, whether for initial or for renewal, and the administrator, manager/supervisor and the director of nursing services shall:
1. Be twenty-one years of age or
older;
2. Be of good moral
character; and
3. Have not been
convicted or found guilty, regardless of adjudication, in any jurisdiction, of
any felony involving fraud, embezzlement, fraudulent conversion,
misappropriation of property, moral turpitude, violence against a person or
persons, abuse of a vulnerable adult and/or child; or any act(s) of sexual
abuse as outlined in Section
45-33-23(g),
Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated.
