15 Miss. Code. R. 16-1-41.2.8 - User Fee
A "user fee" shall be assessed by the licensing agency for the purpose of the required reviewing and inspections of the proposal of any hospital in which there are additions, renovations, modernizations, expansion, alterations, conversions, modifications or replacement of the entire facility involved in the proposal. This fee includes the reviewing of architectural plans in all required steps.
