15 Miss. Code. R. 16-1-45.45.1 - Temporary Manager
A temporary manager may be selected as a remedy when a facility has been determined as having immediate jeopardy or widespread actual harm that does not constitute immediate jeopardy in order to oversee the correction of deficient practices cited by the licensing agency and assure the health and safety of the facility's residents while the corrections are being made. A temporary manager may also be imposed to oversee orderly closure of a facility. Temporary management shall not be imposed unless other less intrusive remedies will not result in compliance, or have failed to cause the facility to achieve compliance.
