When appropriate, a legal assessment of the patient shall be undertaken and shall include, but not be limited to, the following areas:
1. A legal history;
and
2. A preliminary discussion to
determine the extent to which the individual's legal situation will influence
his or her progress in treatment and the urgency of the legal
situation.
