15 Miss. Code. R. 19-60-7.8.2 - Summary Suspension
The Department may summarily suspend a registration without a hearing, simultaneously with the filing of a formal complaint and notice of hearing, if the Department determines that:
1. The health, safety, or welfare of the
general public is in immediate danger; or
2. The registrant's physical capacity to
practice his profession is in issue; or
3. The registrant's mental capacity to
practice his profession is in issue.
