15 Miss. Code. R. 19-60-9.8.3 - Complaints
All complaints concerning a licensee, his business, or professional practice, shall be reviewed by the Department. Each complaint received shall be logged, recording at a minimum the following information:
1. licensee's
name
2. name of the complaining
party, if known;
3. date of
complaint;
4. brief statement of
complaint; and
5.
disposition
