Digital Angiography Equipment and Services in Ambulatory Surgery
Centers: Applicants proposing the acquisition or otherwise control
of Digital Angiography equipment and/or the offering of invasive digital
angiography services in a single specialty ambulatory surgery center must apply
for a certificate of need before providing such services.
