Pursuant to Mississippi Code § 41-99-5(8), the MSDH may use a portion of any grant monies appropriated for the MQHC Grant Program for administration of the program and to pay reasonable expenses incurred by the advisory council. Council members shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses in accordance with current MSDH finance policies.
