18 Miss. Code. R. 14-12.14 - Ending Disqualification
A. Except in cases
of permanent disqualification, participation may resume if the disqualified
individual applies after the end of the disqualification period and is
determined to be in compliance with the work requirements.
B. A disqualified individual may resume
participation during the disqualification period, if otherwise eligible, by
becoming exempt from the work requirements.
