18 Miss. Code. R. 14-12.17 - Workforce Partnerships
A. Workforce
partnerships are programs operated by either:
1. A private employer;
2. An organization representing private
employers;
3. A nonprofit
organization providing services relating to workforce development; or
4. An entity identified as an eligible
provider of training services under section 122(d) of WIOA.
B. Workforce partnerships could
include multi-State programs.
C.
MDHS may use a workforce partnership to supplement, not supplant, its E&T
program.
D. MDHS cannot require any
SNAP household member to participate in a workforce partnership.
